Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction projects. Key duties include preparing cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities, and managing project budgets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction or engineering, excellent mathematical and analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, and a keen eye for detail.
Successful Quantity Surveyors possess the ability to work independently, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
