Job Description
Konstrakphils Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a professional license being an advantage. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying is required.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be capable of confidently liaising with personnel at various levels. Strong negotiation abilities and good organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize effectively, are essential for this role.
