Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor-MPF (Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary and Fire Protection Works) is responsible for understanding written and verbal instructions, quantity take off and estimates, initial design and cost budget, bid documentation report and evaluations of progress billing and variation orders of approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications of the project in coordination with Quantity Surveying department on various stages of the project. Providing professional feedback to Immediate Supervisor and assist with planning and scheduling new work and in dealing with in-coming inquiries in order to provide best value and timely services to clients. Keeping up-to-date with estimating software, and working long hours to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Contract Design Estimate: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Pro: 2 years (Preferred)
