Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor MEPFS to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor MEPFS, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management and procurement for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and security (MEPFS) systems within construction projects.
Your main responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates, analyzing project costs, managing budgets, and overseeing procurement activities. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in MEPFS projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
