Job Description
Pestech Corporation is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, preparing quantity requirements, and scrutinizing maintenance and material costs to secure the best deals. You will liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors while preparing documents such as reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or management, and have strong analytical skills, negotiating abilities, and excellent knowledge of construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
