Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site inspections to ensure construction adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Resolve any design-related issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
