Job Description
Requirements and Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveyor, Building, or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers & sub-contractors.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tenders and quotations.
- Conduct Quantity take-off for project tenders.
- Source and review costs from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Prepare design proposals for projects.
- Provide cost comparisons for management approval.
- Produce AutoCAD drawings & read M&E drawings.
- Support mechanical engineering design and project management.
- Advise on technical standards, specifications, and offer technical assistance.
- Handle basic calculations for ACMV design and project administration.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
- Salary starting from: Php20,00.00 per month
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
