Job Description
Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender requirements, establishing detailed scope of works and bills of quantity, evaluating and negotiating with contractors, and certifying contractor’s progress claims.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the Interior or Construction Industry
- Independent, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
