Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to manage all costs related to construction projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Undertaking cost control and value management.
- Preparing tender and contract documents.
- Assessing and managing project risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
