Job Description
SEAOIL seeks a professional Quick Response Technician to support vehicle mobility and ensure uninterrupted operations across Lubeserv sites in Luzon. The role handles service requests ranging from routine inspections to complex repairs on multiple vehicle makes, while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Respond promptly to reliability issues and daily service requests;
- Cover manpower gaps and perform field assignments at SEAOIL stations;
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Managers to resolve technical issues;
- Ensure consistent service quality across centers.
Requirements: minimum 3 years in a similar role, valid driver’s license for 2- and 4-wheel M/T vehicles, willingness to perform fieldwork, and TESDA Auto Servicing NC I or higher (or equivalent).
