Job Description
Whitecollars is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Accountant to manage accounts payable and receivable. This fully remote, part-time role requires the consolidation of all company contracts into a centralized database.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurate processing of AP/AR transactions in QuickBooks.
- Regular account reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Organizing and maintaining a database of contracts.
- Generating financial reports for decision-making.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Adherence to the US time zone.
- Proficient in QuickBooks with a focus on AP/AR.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
