Job Description
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to fulfill their requirements
- Identification of spare parts by working with BOMs (Bill of Material / Part List), customer project documents, technical drawings
- Prepares quotes for assigned product categories (spare parts and dies)
- Calculate additional charges for spare parts and dies (which covers tariff identification, estimates on brokerage, processing fee, trucking, shipping, etc.)
- Calculate Delegation Costs for Service Engineers and preparation of Delegation Contract
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in the Quotation Process
- Processing of customer orders
- Preparation of Delivery Receipt (DR)
- Prepares Purchase Orders for dies / spare parts and services to Buhler satellite offices and third-party suppliers
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Coordination of delivery, invoice, and payments
- Attend to customer complaint and warranty claim process
