Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our medical team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using medical imaging techniques such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. Your responsibilities will include operating radiologic equipment, positioning patients properly, and following safety protocols to ensure accurate and high-quality images. You will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze imaging results.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. You must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment
- Taking and developing X-ray films
- Preparing patients for procedures and explaining the process to them
- Assessing the quality and accuracy of images
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories
