Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly and highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level support to our vast customer base. Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership, solving customer issues, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Information Technology or related fields, with significant experience in technical support and a solid understanding of Unix/Linux systems.
We offer a full-time position with an 8-hour shift schedule. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of technical support experience.
