Job Description
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Technical expert in related computer applications.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Fast learner, capable of handling inbound and outbound calls, and data entry.
- Can work with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer customer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management.
- Manage administration tasks and effectively communicate with internal departments.
- Conduct research, input, verify, format, and edit data.
- Assist in database management, report generation, and error identification.
