Job Description
The Royal Caribbean Group is currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of RCI Inbound Call Center Agents. In this position, you will manage incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
Successful candidates will possess strong listening skills, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. While prior call center experience is advantageous, it is not required, as we provide thorough training to all new hires.
