Job Description
Join Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. as a Research and Development Baking Technologist I. In this role, you will conduct product application tests and experiments aimed at improving quality. Your key responsibilities will include data analysis, evaluation of finished products, and conducting shelf-life stability studies. You will also assist in preparing materials for new product development and carry out audits of production processes.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of experience in food manufacturing or analysis. Familiarity with GMP and HALAL standards is advantageous. Candidates must be willing to work in Biñan, Laguna.
