Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Contract job requests with TBAS and be approved by Company Div Head.
- Make future plan for companies R&D Team with Div Head.
- Managing a design team, ensuring output quality, schedule management, overseeing team members’ health, and managing overtime work hours.
- Managing budgets for R&D projects.
- Regularly reporting to the boss on task progress, budget consumption, and team members’ health status experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With experience in R&D Design in manufacturing setup.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Experience:
- R&D Design: 5 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
