Job Description
Duties:
- Identify and acquire properties for investment purposes
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners
- Coordinate property inspections and due diligence activities
- Manage the acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient closings
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate investment opportunities and develop acquisition strategies
- Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in property acquisition or real estate investment
- Strong organizational and sales skills
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance
