Job Description
Summary:
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and entrepreneurial real estate investment company focused on the acquisition and management of apartment buildings located in the United States. We are seeking a hardworking, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced firm. This position will be exposed to all facets of a real estate transaction including underwriting, due diligence, closing, and financing.
Duties:
- Work on the Acquisitions Team to assist in the underwriting and analysis of prospective investments
- Build and update Excel financial models
- Conduct in-depth market research of prospective investment opportunities
- Formulate business plans
- Work closely with senior executives on various analytical projects
- Analyze existing investments and capital event opportunities
- Participate in the preparation of investment reports and presentations
- Assist with transaction due diligence tasks
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred
- 2-5 years of work experience in the Real Estate or Finance industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Sincere commitment to professional and personal development
- High level of initiative
- Exceptional analytical and financial skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Can prioritize work effectively and has excellent time management skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and is a self-starter; able to work well with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
