Job Description
RE/MAX Signature seeks a full-time Real Estate Associate to generate leads, manage clients, market listings, and close transactions. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants; sourcing, inspecting, and marketing residential, commercial, and investment properties; conducting viewings, preparing offers, negotiating terms, and guiding clients from offer to closing; ensuring contract accuracy and CRM upkeep; and contributing to training and team initiatives. This field-based position offers a flexible schedule and compensation of Php20,00–Php100,00/month.
