Job Description
As a Real Estate Listing / Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from listing to closing.
Your duties will include creating and managing listings, coordinating property showings, communicating with clients and other agents, preparing contracts, and overseeing the transaction process to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
