Job Description
JDJ Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Technician/Admin to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing project-related tasks such as billing, appointment scheduling, and email management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices and track payments.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for meetings.
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
- Assist with project documentation.
- Maintain accurate data in project management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
