Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Good communication, management, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3 years of experience in recruitment and managing in real estate
- 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Compressed work schedule (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM), with Saturday work as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage the in-house sales team
- Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Set sales targets in collaboration with the management team
- Coach and motivate the sales team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
