Job Description
Asian Appraisal Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales and Marketing Associate based in Davao City. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field and have 1–5 years of sales or appraisal account experience. Licensed broker/appraiser preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of appraisal reporting and ability to meet targets under pressure
- Salary: Php18,00–23,00

Immediate start preferred.
