Job Description
Alveo Land Corp. is seeking a motivated Property Specialist to manage and market our diverse real estate portfolio, including condos, residential lots, office, and commercial spaces throughout the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies for customer attraction.
- Negotiate deals and conduct site visits.
- Provide insights on market conditions and property investment.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
- Sales background is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
