Job Description
Hiring for a Property Specialist (Real Estate Salesperson)
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 2 years or 72 units of college education.
- 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate is advantageous.
- No Real Estate experience necessary but willingness to be trained.
- Willing to process PRC, DHSUD, COR, Invoice receipt, NBI, and Birth Certificate.
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Have TOR or Diploma on hand.
Compensation:
- Monthly allowance
- Monthly Incentives
- 2.5% commission rate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php38,00.00 per month
