Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our real estate professionals and assisting them in managing their daily tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, managing and updating property listings, coordinating property showings, and assisting in the preparation of contracts and legal documents. Additionally, you will be in charge of scheduling appointments, coordinating with clients and vendors, and handling general administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in real estate and proficiency in using real estate software and platforms are highly preferred.
