Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
  • Assist in property research, market analysis, and property listings
  • Communicate with clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Coordinate with real estate agents for property showings and open houses

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
  • Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with real estate terminologies and processes
  • Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software
