Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. As a virtual assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents
- Assist in property research, market analysis, and property listings
- Communicate with clients, potential buyers, and other stakeholders
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Coordinate with real estate agents for property showings and open houses
Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with real estate terminologies and processes
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software
