Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly juggle multiple roles including Transaction Coordinator, Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, and Podcast & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will support our real estate business by managing transactions, creating visual content, handling social media platforms, and assisting in marketing and podcast initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Transaction Coordination
- Social Media Management
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Designing
- Podcast
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years experience as Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Familiarity with real estate CRMs such as RedX, GHL and Loopnet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience with podcast production and editing.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php250.00 – Php300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
