Job Description
Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc., a company engaged in establishments, operation and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of a Real Estate Broker to serve as a point of reference between company-owned offices and prospective buyers. You will oversee the promotion of office leases and be the point of contact for potential buyers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather interested estate agents to promote office leases in several properties
- Advertise and promote properties through various channels
- Meet clients and assess their needs, and make appropriate suggestions
- Be knowledgeable about all office leases and provide information regarding rates, specifications, and other details about the property
- Meet with clients to present properties and address questions and concerns
- Keep a database of necessary information such as a list of property specifications and client database
- Stay updated with market and property trends
- Generate and manage lists of properties for lease
- Collaborate and network with contractors
Qualifications:
- Working experience as a Real Estate Broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Valid license to practice the profession of a real estate broker
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
