Job Description
Join our team at CaldwellBPO in Taguig as a Real Time Analyst! We are looking for motivated individuals to manage call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules.
- Assist with the creation of metrics and targets for services.
- Work closely with the operations team to analyze and improve delivery processes.
- Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
