Job Description
- Monitor real-time performance metrics such as service level, average handle time, and occupancy.
- Make immediate adjustments to staffing levels, schedules, and workflows to optimize performance and meet service level goals.
- Generate and distribute real-time reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate critical issues that may impact operations or customer experience.
- Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
