Job Description
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Regular Employee of Collective Solution
- No Active Disciplinary records from Human Resource
- Resume and LOI (Letter of Intent)
- Recommendation Letter from immediate Superior
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development & maintenance of service performance metrics & KPIs
- Execute service performance & reporting activities
- Monitoring real-time queues and identifying potential issues
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Completes root-cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast vs actual variance
- Runs and analyzes reports with the result of making recommendations for adjusting staffing levels to meet departmental productivity and profitability goals
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed
