Job Description
Continuously monitor call center metrics, queues, and agent activities in real time using WFM tools and software.
Handle Key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Make sure agents follow their schedules and breaks as planned. If there are any deviations, address them promptly.
Prepare and distribute regular reports and analysis of real-time performance metrics to management and other stakeholders.
