Job Description
De Castro Consulting is looking for a dedicated Real Time Analyst & Scheduler to enhance our staffing efficiency and elevate client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring both inbound and outbound activities, managing scheduling, and generating performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Time Analysis and scheduling within a BPO environment.
- Expertise in performance scorecard design and metrics reporting.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Alabang.
- Strong analytical abilities along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php30,00 – Php40,00/month
Benefits: Health insurance, 13th month salary, and a company Christmas gift.
