Job Description
Six Eleven Global Services & Solutions is urgently looking for a Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring live call volumes, response times, and agent performance in real-time to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels and handling times.
– Adjust forecasts based on actual call volumes.
– Collaborate with the workforce management team for scheduling adjustments.
– Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Real Time Analyst.
– Willingness to work shifts.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month
