Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Real Time Analyst Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of real-time analysts, monitoring call center activities, and ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make real-time decisions to improve operational efficiency. Prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of call center operations are highly desirable.
