Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Real Time Analyst. As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing real-time contact center operations, ensuring that service level agreements are met. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient scheduling and adherence to schedules, as well as making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal resource utilization.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and other stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, forecast call volumes, and schedule breaks and activities. You will also be expected to provide regular reports on real-time and historical performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making for continuous process improvement.
Preferred qualifications for this position include strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard contact center technologies and tools. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of contact center operations, including workforce management practices and performance metrics.
