Job Opening: Realty Services Staff at MERALCO
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Summary:
The role assists in managing the company’s real properties, focusing on control, maintenance, and optimal asset utilization. Responsibilities include real property acquisition, process management, and inventory control. Also involves technical and survey services.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asset/lease administration
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Driver’s license preferred
