Job Description
A Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing incoming shipments of goods and materials in a warehouse or retail setting. Duties include inspecting deliveries for damages, verifying quantities received, and recording data into inventory systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with inventory management software are preferred.
Key tasks include receiving and unpacking incoming shipments, sorting and organizing products, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
