Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Job Responsibility:
- Accept, check and audit accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries based on the PO, and Packing list.
- Issue and sign Receiving Report for incoming deliveries for confirmation purposes.
- Issue Service Report (SR) for contractors, regarding cur-goods for outside service (embroidery & prints).
- Check quantity of cut-goods from Cutting section based on the transmittal and issue Pick-up slip to Contractor for pick-up.
- Conduct random checking for materials, accessories, and outside service delivered based on the PO and issue pick-up slips with duly signed approval/requisition slip.
- Prepare attach approval slip/npc to Receiving Report for deliveries with problems.
- Coordinate with Purchasing assistant regarding delivery concerns and problems.
- Prepare and arrange complete DR/SI, RR, SR, and pick-up slips to be forwarded to Accounting for records and payment purposes.
- Check all files of Pick-up Slip, particularly those that are not yet returned or redelivered and inform designated purchaser for return or change to the supplier.
- Check and release finished goods coming from Stockroom-warehouse for pick-up by delivery of SOEN and satellite companies based on transmittal.
- Issue transfer Slips for all items transferred and released to Satellite companies.
- Ensure compliance with all work procedures, standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform his work meeting customers’ requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, supporting the achievement of the quality objective of his unit, and consistent with the quality policy.
