Job Description
Job Brief:
Responsible for managing the receipt of incoming goods, as well as the dispatching of outgoing shipments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures 100% compliance to: Receiving, Dispatching, Premiums Management
- Ensure proper handling through thorough checking of quality, quantity, grammage, expiry dates and maintaining cold chain for fresh products
- Ensures compliance and validity of the following transactions: Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, Bad Order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, Cartons etc
- Implement access and control to authorized trucking and crew; Ensures housekeeping standards of the docking area
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Monitors the unloading of all products into the cage area for counting
- Ensures receiving reports such as request for Masterfile update (RMU), delivery discrepancies are accurately reported
- Timely submission of invoices
- Monitors the document flow for timely data entry
- Scrap and carton management
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Administration / Computer application. With at least 1 year work experience related to warehouse and receiving operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
