Job Description
Our company, MC Home Depot Inc., is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving & Dispatching Staff. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receiving and dispatching processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving incoming shipments and verifying their contents against purchase orders.
- Inspecting and documenting damaged or missing items.
- Ensuring proper storage and organization of received goods.
- Preparing items for dispatch, including proper packaging and labeling.
- Coordinating with carriers to schedule timely pick-up and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
