Job Description
- Answering and screening phone calls received thru company’s trunk lines.
- Attends to corporate guests, booking rooms, and travel arrangements.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings and conferences.
- Arranges and confirms appointments.
- Coordinates internal and external events.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, email, and voice calls.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports office supplies usage and inventories.
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area in compliance with procedures.
- Coordinates and liaises among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Ability to Commute: Davao City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Davao City – Relocate before starting work (Required)
