Job Description
- Greet and assist clients/visitors with a positive, helpful attitude in finding their way around the office and providing excellent customer service.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor’s logs.
- Assist our superiors every time they’re coming in and out of the office.
- Procedure and distribute correspondence memo, faxing, and forms.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
