Job Description
General Function
The Receptionist is responsible for assisting patients, handling telephone system, scheduling dentist and patient appointments, receiving payments and generating reports.
Specific Functions
- Greets, attends to patient inquiries, assists patients, and updates patient records.
- Acts as a telephone operator, coordinates calls and communicates information to Branch Manager.
- Schedules appointments, confirms or cancels appointments, and assigns dentists for patients.
- Makes recall appointments and follows up.
- Receives payments, conducts daily income settlements, and generates reports.
- Monitors sales and conducts inventory of dental products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,550.00 per month
