Job Description
Takes and delivers accurate phone messages, with call back numbers, and names legibly written, and promptly relays messages to the proper person.
Provide basic and accurate information on face-to-face and telephone inquiries.
Ensure reception and waiting areas are kept neat and tidy.
Updating and maintaining contact lists.
Faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files.
Provide security awareness by maintaining records about visitors.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
