Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Frontline Source. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming office guests and directing them to the appropriate person
- Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees
- Handling office correspondence and maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining the reception area
- Keeping office records up to date and performing clerical tasks including faxing, transcribing, and filing
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
