Job Description

1. Assist visitors, clients, employees, and top executives

2. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls

3. HR Coordination

3.1. Internal customer care

3.2. Receiving third-party billings

3.3. Admin Coordination

4. Must maintain daily timekeeping

4.1. Housekeeping/office repair coordination

• Security coordination

5.1. Basic security (enforce warehouse guidelines to entry/exit into/from the warehouse, visual frisking)

• Basic Safety/ERT concepts
• Daily & weekly reports

Key Competencies:

1. Strong communication skills – verbal and written

2. Proficiency in MS Office – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Computer Applications – Outlook, Google Sheet

3. Excellent organizational skills

4. Customer-oriented

5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment

7. Professional attitude and appearance

Job Requirement:

1. Preferably graduate of any 4-year course

2. Proven work experience as Receptionist is an advantage but not a requirement

3. Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
